Paying it Forward

Paying if forward with a toy donation to the Children’s Hospital of Minnesota.

Meridian Manor residents Patty, Mark, Irene, Beverly, Hootie, and Marilyn won the KS95 Lip Sync contest at the State Fair this year. During the contest, they met a young girl named Madeline and learned she had a wish to donate toys to the kids at the Children’s Hospital of Minnesota. Our residents were inspired by Madeline’s wish and they decided to donate books, games, stuffed animals and art supplies in honor of Madeline. It was a great experience to pay it forward and to meet this wonderful young girl! Would you like to make life a little easier for kids in the hospital? Click on the link to the Children’s Hospital wish list and learn how you can make the hospital experience less stressful for patients and their families by donating new toys, games, crafts and other items.
